Admission to all graduate programs at Illinois is based primarily on your undergraduate grade point average (GPA) and Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores. For example, if you are applying to a Master’s program that requires a 3.0 GPA and a 300 GRE score, we will not accept your application if you have a 3.2 GPA but only a 285 score on your exam.
